Bridge crews have been removing existing railing from the White River bridges to facilitate the widening of the bridges to accommodate the new ramps. The westerly portion of Porters Lane will be closed throughout construction. The water main within that area will be replaced as well. Crews will begin installing new storm sewer drainage structures along 146th Street. 2022 Construction Projects Porters Lane Sanitary Sewer and Water Main Replacement The sanitary sewer on the west side of Porters Lane requires replacement. They will be working on the earthwork for the new ramps outside of existing pavement. Flaggers will be present when lane or shoulder restrictions are necessary.Ĭonstruction crews are nearing substantial completed of the Saville Rd. Increased utility relocation activity is expected along Allisonville Rd. These restrictions eliminate left turn movements from 146th Street onto Allisonville Road and reopen to two through lanes on eastbound and westbound 146th Street. 7/18 /23: Phase 2A traffic restrictions are in effect.
